Overview

Champagne sourced exclusively from the terroir of Bouzy, on the southern slopes of the Montagne de Reims.

Traditional hand harvesting in 2015.

Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation.

A single-year champagne made from 50% Pinot Noir / 50% Chardonnay.

Bottled for the second fermentation in April 2016.

Second fermentation and maturation in the cellar for at least 3 years.

Riddled and disgorged in September 2019, with a dosage of 7 g/L (Brut).

Appearance

Pale gold colour, with delicate, elegant bubbles.

Nose

Fine and elegant, with freshness and exotic notes from the Chardonnay.

Palate

The bubbles burst gently, releasing freshness and liveliness.

Chardonnay brings impressions of lime and pineapple.

The crisp fruit bouquet of the two grape varieties then unfolds.

Serving suggestions

Temperature: 5 to 8°C.

Ideal as an aperitif and for cocktail evenings.
