Vinification in 500-litre barrels (demi-muids), without malolactic fermentation.
A single-year champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir.
Bottled for the second fermentation in April 2019.
Second fermentation and maturation in the cellar for 2 years.
Riddled and disgorged in September 2020, with a dosage of 7 g/L (Brut).
Golden colour, with a stream of fine bubbles.
Generous and gently toasted.
Pinot Noir reveals itself beautifully, with a gradual opening of fruit.
Woody and spicy aromas follow.
The finish is generous and deliciously rich.
Temperature: 5 to 8°C.
